Handmade Indoor & Outdoor Wooden Workbench

A heavy wooden workbench for the garage, shed, workshop or garden. The top and frame are 94 x 44 mm pressure treated Swedish redwood, with diagonal braces to stop the bench swaying, and the load capacity is 950 kg. The flat top is sanded smooth and sits 90 cm high, with a slatted shelf below and a second shelf as an option. Because the timber is pressure treated, the bench can be used indoors or left outside. Our customers use it in the garage and workshop, for potting, as a base for a pizza oven or grill, and for crafts such as pottery and woodworking.

• Heavy timber: the top and frame are 94 x 44 mm pressure treated Swedish redwood, a heavier section than the 38 x 89 mm CLS timber used for many wooden benches.
• Steady under load: load capacity 950 kg. Diagonal braces stop the bench swaying. Only the 7ft bench has a third leg frame in the middle.
• Indoors or out: pressure treated, so it can live in a garage, shed or workshop or stay outside in the garden. The flat top takes a vice, tools, a potting tray or an outdoor grill.
• Pick your size: four lengths and three depths, with a single or double shelf. Every bench is 90 cm high.
• Your finish: the timber arrives unfinished. Leave it natural or paint, oil or stain it.
• Straightforward assembly: arrives as pre-built sections. Allow about 30 minutes with a drill or driver. 75 mm screws, Torx bits and instructions are included.
• Free engraving: add a name or short message of up to 20 characters to the front of the top. On the 7ft size the engraving sits to one side rather than in the centre.
