Returns
You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of the day it’s delivered. Just tell us by email or in writing within that time.
Items must be unused and in resaleable condition. We’ll arrange collection, and a £40 collection charge will be deducted from your refund. If you’d rather return the goods yourself, you’ll need to cover the cost of doing so.
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Personalised or engraved items are made to order and can’t be returned unless faulty.
Faulty goods
Faults are covered by our 10 Year Workmanship Guarantee. If a workmanship defect is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace or supply replacement parts at no cost to you.
To make a claim:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Supply clear photographs and a brief description of the issue
- Allow us the opportunity to inspect the product before repairs are carried out
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
