Returns Policy
We only accept returns on faulty items, under our 10 Year Workmanship Guarantee.
If a workmanship defect is confirmed within 10 years, we will repair, replace, or supply replacement parts at our discretion.
To make a claim:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Supply clear photographs and a brief description of the issue
- Allow us the opportunity to inspect the product before repairs are carried out
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
